Ron has proudly called Fayette County, Georgia home his entire life. In 2002, he and his wife made the move to Woolsey, Georgia, where they are raising their three daughters in the welcoming and historic community they cherish.
Now serving as Mayor of Woolsey, Ron leads with a deep commitment to preserving the town’s small-town charm, strong sense of community, and quality of life. His passion for local service and dedication to Woolsey’s future continue to make a meaningful impact on the town he calls home.
Professionally, Ron is an attorney, opening his law office in Fayetteville, Georgia in 2015. A proud graduate of Fayette County High School (Class of 1987), he went on to earn his degree from the University of Georgia in 1991, followed by his law degree from Atlanta Law School in 1994.

Kenny and his wife Donna have proudly called Fayette County, Georgia home since 1984. In 2002, seeking a quieter, more rural lifestyle, they built their home and relocated to Woolsey, Georgia—a community whose simplicity and peaceful atmosphere continue to make it a place they love.
Kenny retired from the Fulton County Fire Department in 1999 after a dedicated career in public service. Following his retirement, he established a private investigation business specializing in fire investigations across the Southeast. He takes great pride in operating his business right here in Woolsey, based out of the original Woolsey Fire Station.
In 2005, Kenny was elected to the Town Council, where he has remained committed to preserving the values that make Woolsey special. His passion—then, now, and for the future—is to protect and maintain the town’s cherished “small-town atmosphere” for generations to come.

Frank Carden has deep roots in Woolsey, Georgia, having lived within a two-mile radius of the town his entire life. Alongside his wife, Fay, Frank has remained closely connected to the community, earning him the reputation as Woolsey’s “unofficial town historian.”
Frank was first elected to the Town Council in 1988 and has dedicated decades of service to helping guide and preserve the town he knows so well. His lifelong connection to the area gives him a unique perspective and appreciation for Woolsey’s history, traditions, and small-town values.
After a long career with Georgia Power, Frank has recently retired and now enjoys working on old tractors in his spare time.

Jennifer “Jen” Jackson has deep roots in Woolsey, Georgia, with family ties that go back generations. After living in Charlotte, North Carolina for nearly 18 years, Jen moved back home to Woolsey in 2021, returning to the community and family history that have always meant so much to her.
Jen’s connection to Woolsey runs deep. Her great-grandfather operated the general store in the old bank building before later serving as Sheriff of Fayette County in 1932, and her grandfather continued running the store after him. These longstanding family ties give Jen a strong appreciation for Woolsey’s history, character, and small-town values.
Professionally, Jen has spent more than 25 years working with credit unions and their leadership teams. She currently serves as an advisor with The Sheeter Group.
Jen is honored to serve on the Woolsey Town Council and is committed to helping preserve the charm of Woolsey while supporting thoughtful community engagement and connection.

Stacey Collins has been the Town Clerk since 2008. She has lived in Fayette County since 1993, having moved here from the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago.
Currently, Stacey also serves as the Deputy City Clerk in Peachtree City and received her Municipal Clerk Certification from the Carl Vinson School of Government at UGA.
She is a 1988 graduate of Indiana University - Bloomington, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public and Environmental Affairs.
